30 Day Risk Free Guarantee:
Our customers are extremely valuable to us. If you are not pleased for any reason with your merchandise, you may return it to us within 30 days from the date your order is received (see details below). We will exchange your returned items for other products, credit your account towards upcoming purchases, or refund your bank card, whichever is best for you. The only expense to you is the shipping fees plus a 15% restocking fee. Below are the circumstances for a full refund.
If you want to return your sunglasses, please send us an email and request a RMA number. Please make sure that you have read the terms and conditions listed below before contacting us:
• Products sent back without a RMA number may be rejected, be sure the information is displayed legibly on the exterior of the package.
• Products must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
• Sunglasses are to be sent back in a full dozen (12pcs).
• All original packaging, poly bags, display box and hang tags must be returned.
• The purchaser is accountable for all shipping costs.
• We are not liable for the packaged products until it arrives to our warehouse. We greatly suggest that you buy insurance and have a tracking number for your package.
If your order is placed with us and choose to cancel it while it is in destination to you, you will be liable for all shipping charges. The package will incur shipping charges to and from your location. Canceled orders are also subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to get in touch us.
Issuing Credits / Refunds:
Once your package is received it takes about one week to process. If you are receiving a credit on your bank card, we handle these immediately but it may not appear until you receive your next bank statement.
